The research team that forms TasteLab is a reference in Galicia in the application of sensory analysis to food for more than 20 years. The Department of Analytical Chemistry, Nutrition and Bromatology and the Department of Statistics and Operative Research of the University of Santiago de Compostela are collaborating. The work and experience of the group in the management and development of this type of techniques have given rise to multiple contracts, agreements and research projects with renowned companies and administrations.

TASTELAB participates in the Competitive Potential Analysis service of the RE-ACCIONA program, whose objective is to conduct a consensual diagnosis of the company’s competitive situation as well as an action plan and its implementation. The service has the co-financing of IGAPE, the Xunta de Galicia and the European Union.
